Teen Drama Links for November 22, 2022
Brace yourselves for what is quite possibly one of the longest “Teen Drama Links” ever.
I’m back from my trip to Punta Cana and have spent the last few days compiling and curating all the must-know teen drama news since the last “Teen Drama Links” installment on November 1. You’ll find highlights from Michelle Williams’ press tour for The Fabelmans, who backed out of “A Week in Tree Hill” at the last minute, the long-awaited trailer for season 2 of the “Gossip Girl” spinoff, and much, much more.
As for my vacation, it was largely wonderful overall. Unlike during my trip to Cancun more than a decade ago, I was unable to find our teen dramas on any of the local channels in Punta Cana. But I did read four books and one of them had a teen drama connection: Sugar High by Alexandra Park, who is married to James Lafferty (Nathan, One Tree Hill) and starred on Mark Schwahn’s “The Royals.” James was mentioned a handful of times and “The Royals” was discussed at length, but nothing was said of Schwahn and the sexual harassment scandal that ended both his career and the show. (“One Tree Hill” wasn’t mentioned at all, either.)
If you’re looking for something else to read, may I recommend my Hamilton article? There’s no teen drama references, but I hope you’ll enjoy it nonetheless.
Now, without further ado, here is a ton of teen drama news.
