Just to clarify on the BHBC, here are some tid bits extracted from my #90210Hunts 1-DAY 90210 FILMING LOCATION SELF-GUIDED TOUR ITINERARY available at https://90210hunts.com/90210tour1day/:
The former BHBC is just north of Brenda and Dylan’s break-up parking lot at 415 Pacific Coast Hwy, Santa Monica, CA 90402. The Annenberg Community Center and the Marion Davies Guest House now stand in this location. To get there, walk along Ocean Front Walk and enjoy the ocean view!
This property has a storied history. In the 1920s, William Randolph Hearst built a 101-room mansion for Marion Davies, and they hosted parties with the biggest Hollywood stars in attendance. Since that time, the property has changed hands many times, and the Marion Davies Guest House is the only remaining/original structure from the 1920s.
From 1959–1989, The Sand and Sea Club leased the property from the State of California and operated a beach club, much like the “Beverly Hills Beach Club” we came to know and love.
This is also the Malibu Sands Beach Club from Saved by the Bell. You know you remember when Zack Morris fell in love with Stacey Carosi! Fun Fact: This location gave Tiffani Amber Thiessen “the creeps” during Saved by the Bell filming.

Thanks for sharing all this, Melanie! I knew it was in Santa Monica ;-)
