Is there something in the (teen drama) water?
First, earlier this month, it was revealed Shantel VanSanten’s husband Victor Webster had filed for divorce in January after three weddings and less than two years of marriage. At some point in the time since, VanSanten deactivated her Instagram and Twitter accounts.
Then, just a few days ago, Shannen Doherty filed for divorce from husband Kurt Iswarienko after 11 years of marriage. That split seems messy, too, with Doherty’s longtime publicist (we’re talking decades here, people) saying in a statement, “Divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted. Unfortunately, she felt she was left with no other option. You can contact Kurt’s agent, Collier Grimm at PICTUREKID as she is intimately involved.”
Yikes.
I’m deeply sorry for whatever VanSanten and Doherty are going through. And I hope no one else is next.
